SummaryThis project was a big learning experience for me. The most important thing that I learned was how important sources are when doing any kind of research writing. Over my four years at college, I have often been guilty of not paying attention to the authenticity of the sources that I have used for my academic work, or even bothered formally identifying some. But just having to think about formal citations, even if one doesn't really think about source authenticity, improves the quality of the work produced. Of course, judging the authenticity and biases of various sources is a very, very important task also, and especially so with my topic, which was very charged due to national and political interests. |
